Wade C. Fox, DO, FACEP, FAAEM has been a CEP America Partner since July 2008. Dr. Fox has been a Board Certified Emergency Physician since 2002, and has practiced Emergency Medicine under certification from the State Medical Boards in Ohio and Oregon for over a decade. Dr. Fox obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. He earned his medical degree from the University Of Health Sciences- College Of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center, in Toledo Ohio, where he also worked as a Life Flight physician. After joining CEP America as Medical Director for Mercy Medical Center - Roseburg, Dr. Fox implemented several efficiency processes leading to a sharp reduction in turnaround time metrics including “Team Care”, which is now a CEP America best practice. Under his leadership as ED Chair, Mercy Medical Center won CEP America’s ED of the Year Award in 2012. He is currently Regional Director for CEP America's Oregon and Washington regions. Dr. Fox was previously the chair of CEP America’s Partner State Forum and is the immediate past president of the Oregon chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), and Chief Medical Officer for Architrave Health LLC a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).
