Phil Piccinini joined CEP America in 2004 and currently serves as Vice President of CEP America. Prior to serving as Regional Director he was the Medical Director at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, CA.  He is currently practicing at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.  As CEP America’s first Administrative Fellow, during his Fellowship he created the Partnership’s Sepsis Protocol and helped to develop the CEP America CME program and currently serves on the CEP America Compliance Committee. Dr. Piccinini is a graduate of The University of Nevada School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Los Angeles County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, CA.
