Douglas Brosnan, MD, JD

Dr. Brosnan is the Director of Provider Relations for CEP America. Dr. Brosnan publishes and lectures frequently and has previous experience working as a Legislative Analyst. He currently serves as an Editor for the Western Journal of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Brosnan is a Trustee to the California Medical Association where he serves on various sub-committees including the Medi-Cal Technical Advisory Committee. He is the Past President of the Placer-Nevada County Medical Society and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the California Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Brosnan completed his Bachelors of Science in Physiology, with a minor in Chicana/o Studies, Cum Laude, at the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2003, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College in San Francisco, and in 2005 he received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, Irvine, where he also completed his residency in the Department of Emergency Medicine.
