Dr. Culhane serves as Vice President of CEP America. Prior to being Regional Director, he was the Medical Director at both Arroyo Grande Community Hospital and French Hospital Medical Center, where he currently practices. Dr. Culhane has served on multiple committees, including Chief of Staff at these facilities, and he is also a member of the Peer Review and Medical Executive Committees. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.  Dr. Culhane received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned his medical degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the San Joaquin/Valley Medical Center of Fresno Campus of University of California - San Francisco.
