CEP America today announced its upcoming webinar, “Achieving Meaningful Integration through Physician Leadership, Engagement, and Alignment” on Wednesday, June 1st 2016.
The webinar will discuss the importance of creating a physician culture that fosters physician leadership, engagement, and alignment to accomplish meaningful integration throughout hospitals and healthcare systems. The discussion, led by David Birdsall, MD, Vice President of Operations at CEP America, will include top leadership such as Imamu Tomlinson, MD, President of CEP America; Susan Chapman, Vice President of Patient Care Service, Adventist Medical Center – Reedley; and Chad Thiesen, Director of Emergency Services, Adventist Medical Center – Selma. The webinar will highlight how meaningful system-wide integration was achieved at three different hospitals (Selma, Reedley, Hanford), within Adventist Health Central Valley Network (CVN) and the significant benefits that were accomplished as a result.
“As an Emergency MD at CVN, I’ve seen firsthand the advantages of creating a collaborative culture that strengthens physician-hospital goal alignment,” said Dr. Tomlinson. “Integrating physicians with hospital goals will increase operational efficiency and elevate patient care.”
