Emergency Physicians of St. Louis to join CEP America

CEP America and Emergency Physicians of St. Louis (EPSTL) have announced physicians from EPSTL will become Partners in CEP America, one of the nation’s leading providers of hospital-based physician management solutions. The new partnership will bring enhanced services to St. Anthony’s Medical Center’s Emergency Department.

As CEP America Partners, EPSTL physicians receive the support and resources of a network of more than 2,600 providers nationally. A seamless transition took place on February 1, 2015.

“We’re excited to welcome Emergency Physicians of St. Louis to the CEP America Partnership,” said Dan Culhane, MD, CEP America vice president. “CEP America looks forward to working alongside physicians from EPSTL to continue to provide top quality, efficient and compassionate emergency care to the St. Louis community.”

This marks CEP America’s first hospital contract in the state of Missouri, and the second in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area. CEP America also manages and staffs the emergency and inpatient departments at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
