PA Fellowship in Emergency Medicine
Through the CEP America Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (EMPA) Fellowship Program, we offer Physician Assistants the opportunity to learn the latest in emergency medicine under the close supervision of a team of nationally certified PAs and board-certified or board-eligible emergency physicians.
Fellows receive hands-on clinical training, along with weekly didactic classroom instruction. You will rotate through a broad spectrum of other specialties, while also benefiting from proactive mentorship from senior providers. Upon completion, Fellows will be better prepared for a career in both low- and high- acuity emergency departments. Fellowships include salary, paid time off, and health insurance benefits.
“They really make you feel like you’re part of the organization and that you matter, and that you’re an important part of the way this organization runs and they want you to be here. They want you to be successful.”

The program’s educational focus centers on the patient. We are committed to providing a safe environment, providing consumer friendly service, and promoting the general health of the community.
The EMPA Fellowship takes place at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Southern California and runs for 14 months, beginning each November.
