Barstow Counseling and Behavioral Health Center is a public rehabilitation facility located in Barstow, California. The center specializes in the treatment of mental health, substance, and drug and alcohol abuse. The Crisis Intervention Team provides psychiatric emergency walk-in services and the facility offers programs for youth with serious emotional disturbance, adults with serious mental illness, persons with mental health, substance abuse disorders, and persons with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
