Healthcare Benefits

Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with options for dependents, and/or domestic partners. We also offer a flexible spending account that enables employees to save money by setting aside pre-tax dollars to pay for anticipated health and dependent care expenses.

Each medical insurance plan comes with a $50,000 life insurance policy. Full-time employees also receive Long Term Disability insurance at no additional cost.

We are proud to offer one of the most competitive 401(k) plans in the industry. CEP America provides a guaranteed match of $1.20 per $1.00 of the first 6% of the employee’s salary deferral contribution with 100% immediate vesting when the match is deposited. There is an additional discretionary profit sharing contribution of up to 4%. Brightscope has recognized this benefit as one of the highest ranked 401k plans in the Bay Area.

Studen Loan Repayment Program

In partnership with Darian Rowayton Bank, we provide a discounted option of refinancing your high-interest student loans. With no application cost or prepayment penalties, this benefit is especially valuable to those who have a student loan rate above four and a half percent and can help you lower your overall monthly payment. Federal, private, undergraduate, and graduate school loans are eligible. 

Paid Time Off

CEP America employees accrue 4 weeks of Paid Time Off upon hire. The accrual increases to 5 weeks at the 3-year employment anniversary. Sick hours accrue at a rate of 2 weeks per year.

In addition, CEP America offers various leave programs for employees who need to be away from work due to medical, legally required, or personal reasons.
