Dr. Spiro is a Senior Partner, who joined CEP America in 1986 as the Medical Director of St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, California. He is a staff physician in the Emergency Department at Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, California. Dr. Spiro is a member of the California Medical Association, the San Diego Medical Society, and the American College of Emergency Physicians. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and his medical degree from Michigan State University. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Spiro has served on the CEP America Board of Directors and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
