OUR LEADERSHIP: DIVISION VICE PRESIDENTS OF OPERATIONS
Ellis Weeker, M.D., FACEP
is a founding Partner of CEP America and has served on the Board of Directors since the beginning. He is Division Vice President for CEP America and a staff physician in the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, California. Dr. Weeker is also a member of the Santa Clara County Medical Association. He received a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Kaiser Foundation and Highland General Hospitals in Oakland, California. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Weeker was also a recipient of CEP America's 2005 Stewardship Award.
Martin Ogle, M.D., FACEP
is the Division Vice President for CEP-America. He was formerly the Regional Director of the LA/Orange/Riverside County/Oregon Region. He practices clinically at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center's Emergency Department in Laguna Hills, California. Dr. Ogle is a member of the Society of Orange County Emergency Physicians, the California Medical Association, and the Orange County Medical Association. He is an American College of Emergency Physicians Fellow and an American Board of Emergency Medicine Diplomate. He is a member of CEP-America's Compliance Committee and is a former member of the Credentials and Partnership Affairs Committee (CPAC). Dr. Ogle is a founding faculty member of the CEP-America Medical Director Academy and is the former Chair of the Board and current Board member of the MedAmerica Mutual Risk Retention Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Dr. Ogle completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center. He joined CEP-America in 1984.
