So how do we accomplish this for over 5 million patients each year? It all starts with a culture that is founded on strong physician leadership. Our democratic model cultivates a culture in which our physicians align with hospital leaders to integrate services, collaborate across specialties, and improve performance in our departments, hospitals, and health systems.
