To further build the PA/NP infrastructure, CEP America also provides a Lead PA/NP Academy to teach leadership skills, and an MD-PA/NP relationship program to promote team building.

CEP America has created many leadership opportunities such as PA/NP Site Leads, Regional PA/NP Leads, and the Director of PA/NP Operations to help guide the PA/NP workforce. CEP America hosts quarterly conference calls with the Lead from each site to exchange information. A small group of particularly active Leads meets periodically as the PA/NP Operations Committee to discuss further PA/NP program enhancements with the Vice President of Operations and the staff of our management services organization, MedAmerica. Additionally, most of the CEP America committees have a PA or NP representative.
